The rooms were tidy in a charming old town house, but the beds were overly soft and uncomfortable, the bathtub sat right in front of the window looking out onto the garden/café, and there was a Friday‑night event in the garden directly in front of our windows that kept us noisy until late; it would have been helpful to know about that before arriving so we could have chosen elsewhere. A fire alarm went off at 02:00 with no staff on site, leaving us guests to figure out the cause together with the fire brigade, which felt unsafe and unacceptable.

“Mooi verblijf midden in Collingwood”

The garden is lovely with a grassy area and a play mat, the location is excellent with everything within walking distance, the staff are very helpful and super friendly, the rooms are atmospheric, complete, and comfortable, and there’s a nice wine bar in the lobby with a nice terrace; we stayed here with an 8‑month‑old baby and it was very doable.
