Being around the animals is nice. Breakfast is okay but it's not included in the room price. We had bad luck with insects in the room at night; in the early morning we woke up with multiple bites that looked like bed bug stings.

The location and the staff's attitude are good, always attentive. The weather has changed; it would be ideal to have air conditioning for hot days. Ten years ago, extremely high temperatures were unimaginable, but now they happen, and for people who sweat a lot, having air conditioning is recommended.

Everything was perfect: the place is super quiet, very family‑friendly, the animals are ideal, and the food is spectacular. The only hiccup was that Google Maps got confused about the hotel’s location, but it turned out to be a fun adventure! Hahaha.
