“Empfehlenswert. Vor allem wenn man Erholung braucht.”
Breakfast was okay. Receptionist Silvia (I think that’s her name) explained everything clearly and helpfully. Even though we chose the hotel meals, the price was reasonable, and the waiters were attentive. No major flaws, but the cleanliness wasn’t what I had anticipated. I have to say I’m quite picky.

The welcome was first‑rate, with Ms. Samantha being flawless and extremely helpful; the premises were tidy and stylish, the outdoor area was beautiful and trendy, and the buffet breakfast was abundant. However, the interior furnishings and overall organization could use some improvement.
Despite ordering dinner on the terrace, we waited 80 minutes and still left hungry because the chef wouldn’t work. No replacement or alternative was offered. It was a sad and unacceptable situation. 😪

The gardens were well‑kept, the pool was clean, and the room was spacious and tidy, but after swimming around 2 pm we went to the restaurant and a waitress told us we could only order salads, which was a bit rude. A different waitress later arrived and said we could order whatever we wanted.
