The hostel also welcomes older guests. It’s centrally located, the beach is a short walk away, and there’s a bus stop right outside. We had a room with a balcony and a fantastic view over Tel Aviv’s rooftops. The place feels somewhat worn out overall, especially the bathrooms.

The place and rooftop were nice, but the room had inconvenient stairs inside the flat for carrying luggage and an old AC unit.

The building entrance wasn’t secured with a code as advertised, and we weren’t told that we’d have to climb about twenty stairs from the elevator. The rooftop garden had insects, the tanning beds and surfaces looked poorly maintained, the stairwell was neglected and not cleaned daily, the apartment entry felt uninviting, the entrance was blocked by a bag with equipment, and there was no night light by the bed.
