Hotel Domus Mea

“Disappointed for the amount we paid”

While I did appreciate the comfortable bed and the hotel's convenient location, my stay was marred by a few serious issues. The broken shower head caused a leak that made the bathroom floor extremely slippery, resulting in a nasty fall and a major injury. To make matters worse, the constant flow of cigarette smoke through the vents made the air in my room unbearable.

I had a disastrous stay at this hotel, which was nothing like the pictures online. Despite being polite, the staff were ineffective in addressing the numerous issues I reported, including a broken toilet, malfunctioning shower, and water outages. The constant noise from 4:00 to 7:00 a.m. made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, and the room's lack of soundproofing didn't help.

“GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY”

Despite its small size, my room was surprisingly clean and cozy, and the affordable price considering its proximity to Termini station was a definite plus. The 24-hour check-in service was also a convenient feature. However, the hotel's old building showed its age, and I was woken up by strange noises coming from the toilet of other guests during the night.

“Comfortable and okay”

The hotel's central location was undoubtedly its strongest point, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the other drawbacks. The rooms were surprisingly small, and one of them had a strange, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay.

“Disappointing”

My experience at this hotel was a complete letdown. Although the front desk claimed we had been upgraded, the room smelled strange and was in poor condition. The bathroom was tiny, with rust around the heater, a leaky shower, and a toilet that was too small to use comfortably. To make matters worse, our room wasn't cleaned after we left a sign to clean it, making the whole experience a 0/10.
