The location is good because it’s near the main street of the old town and quiet. The dormitory’s price is appropriate for its facilities. The staff were friendly (except for being absent in the morning), and there was no particular unpleasantness. Wifi usage was fine. In the early morning, when we arrived at Bilu N, we tried to leave our luggage in the morning but the staff were absent, so we couldn’t check it in. Towels were rented at an extra cost, and there was no shampoo in the shower.

Every bed had its own outlet, but none worked. In the evening and at night, the common area/bar was so loud that the noise could be heard in the room even with the door closed.

A girl sleeping in the room next to mine discovered bed bugs, got bitten three times and killed four of them. I found none on myself or my stuff.
