The room was clean, but the staff were rude and tried to call the police on my husband just for asking whether it was normal to prebook rooms and denied us an extra night even though we were already staying there; we had to move to the Embassy Suites for the extra night we needed, and they ran out of plastic knives the whole time, making breakfast with waffles a struggle; whenever I asked for linens the staff huffed and puffed, very rude—never going back.

“I enjoyed our stay”

The hotel’s location is spot‑on, right next to a bunch of restaurants and local shops, and that’s all I have to say—no complaints at all.

When we first checked in, the front desk staff offered us a new room because the one we got was obviously not cleaned; the beds were hard, and traffic in the area made it hard to leave the hotel.
