TRES DECEVANT - the value for money is not up to par. The minibar in our suite didn't work; the new suite we were given had a malfunctioning air‑conditioner that took hours to cool the room, and several other items like the coffee machine were non‑functional. Breakfast was TRES LIMITE; you have to tick what you want the night before from a very limited list and there is no buffet—no ham, no jam, no sliced bread, etc. Extras such as eggs and omelettes cost 5 euros each, even though the room rate is already high. To top it off, a very bold music track played at 8 am during breakfast, with the waitress coming out of the kitchen smiling, fully aware of the music… (to name just one example, I’m not going to repeat it). In short, disappointed, won’t return despite the pleasant reception from the hostess that day.

“Beau cadre jolies suites. Bon accueil. Restaurant excellent”

The room was clean, the food excellent, and the garden pretty. However, the chairs around the large pool were not cleaned.
