Convenient location for the pool and the center. The building was not very clean; when we arrived the sheets were missing and we slept the first night on the mattress without pillows, the breakfast was extremely minimal, and the price felt a bit too high for the services offered.

Nothing good. Everything was bad. I didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t stay a single night.

The house is centrally located in Lerma; it’s a nice old Italian house. The floors were dusty, the bed wasn’t covered, and there was no bedding to do it yourself. The floor‑level bathrooms, the breakfast “do‑it‑yourself”, dishes had to be rinsed again because they weren’t clean, and the fridge was also dirty – for 92 € that’s too much.

Very good welcome, the host is simple and accommodating. The dishes were not very clean.

Central location. A bit of dust.
