“A comfortable stay.”
The staff were very polite and knowledgeable; I booked this hotel for its pool because my grandson was excited to swim, but the pool was out of order.
“Very dirty and cold water”
The location was good, but the place was not clean at all.
“Beautiful place”
The staff were genuinely pleasant, and I definitely plan to return.
“Great staff and nice amenities.”
The room was spacious, had most of what you need, and the staff were amazing; it was extremely quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was great with a full bar of hot food that was always stocked. The older Holiday Inn had a dated TV that was hotel‑locked and couldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi, so I couldn’t stream Netflix or HBO Max, only cable channels; other Holiday Inns let you use the hotel Wi‑Fi for streaming. The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling and around the bathtub.
“No me gustó”
The nearby shops were convenient; the bathroom was dirty and old, not cleaned properly, and they took some of my personal towels.
