I’m extremely disappointed with the facilities and overall service at the hotel; in just two days, we had to change rooms four times, the basic toiletries were missing, the flush didn’t work, the AC was not functioning properly, and the bedsheets were not clean, making this a very inconvenient and unpleasant experience, especially when we expected much better service and basic facilities from the hotel.

The staff were very lenient, helpful, and supportive, and there was nothing negative.

The only thing I liked was that it was 1.5km from Golden Temple, but the rooms didn’t match the actual photographs, no tea/coffee bags were provided in the room, and the washroom had no accessories except a towel.

The place was very congested and had no proper ventilation.

The room was very noisy as window installed was not noise reducing, whole night you could hear traffic moving. the toilet shower was not working properly
