スタッフの皆さんの笑顔の対応が素晴らしい。一流の接客だと感じた。 朝食が素晴らしい。絶妙な味付けに感動した。今回は夕食付のプランは取れなかったが、次の機会にはぜひ２食付にしたい。. 大浴場のせっかくのサウナが狭すぎる。 露天風呂は気持ち良いのだが、景観はほぼ無い。風呂縁の木材がかなり朽ちており、節の部分が盛り上がり、踏むと足裏が痛い。

“One of the best breakfasts”

The staff were lovely and the location was perfect for mountain hikes, plus the dining area was amazing. The onsen and rooms felt a bit tired and the value for money didn’t match other places.

We stayed with my 5‑year‑old daughter and my aging parents, and we loved every part of our time at Hotel Yamabuki. The staff welcomed us at night when we parked, even carrying our luggage from the car to the hotel. Breakfast downstairs, served with ‘Irori’, was delicious. The location is ideal for hikes, especially the Senjojiki circle. No negatives.

The service was exceptional! We arrived in the city by bus on a rainy day and headed to a nearby 7/11, only to find it was pouring when we finished shopping. We had to return to the Komagane interchange bus stop for pickup, but the bus driver recognized us and stopped, saving us from walking in the heavy rain. The hotel itself was nice and clean. If you’re climbing the northern Alps, I’d recommend staying here.
