The only downside was how close it is to the airport.

The location was fine, yet the room was filthy, had a bed bug, and the photo online didn't match what I got.

The spot is in a great area and the staff were nice, but it was the dirtiest place I've ever been, literally smelling bad, no phone reception in the room (I had to use a Fiji number), and the toilet was covered in piss when I arrived—absolutely disgusting.
