“Nice holidays”

We had a great time – we came for our baby‑moon while I was 8 months pregnant. The place is very clean, the staff were polite and caring, and the rooms were well equipped. We had an all‑inclusive package and were happy with the food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location is excellent and close to everything, so we enjoyed nice walks each night. There’s a party every evening, so the vibe is lively – it does get noisy, but that’s normal in the area, and every hotel offers a party for guests. The whole town feels like a party town, which we didn’t mind at all and enjoyed. We didn’t like the beach – no music, and it wasn’t the vibe we wanted. It’s clean but just too crowded for our taste. Every hotel has the same beach setup.

I paid an extra €200 for a comfort room, but the staff tried to give me an economy room, claiming it was still comfort. I had to stay in a small, awkward room for two days until a comfort room finally became available. The management really let me down.

The hotel’s location was great – the beach is right next to the property. The resort isn’t huge, but in September it wasn’t crowded. The staff were quick and attentive, especially in the restaurant where empty dishes were cleared promptly. I found the food a bit monotonous; breakfast was the same every day for the eight days I stayed. Lunch offered rice, pasta, and mashed potatoes that tasted like a mix of boxed and homemade mash. Dinner had a slightly larger selection and occasionally featured something special, like tuna one night and lamb another. After eight days, the meals felt dull with the same salads and fruits, but I never felt hungry. Water, coffee, and tea were always available, and there was a small snack between breakfast and lunch that I liked. The room’s shower and toilet area was very small; after showering, everything was practically underwater. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed regularly, but a closer look revealed some grime, especially in the shower area – if you’re picky, you’ll notice. The music at the hotel was very dull; daytime had music but evenings were just a DJ playing the same 90s songs. I’d have preferred something more modern and varied. On the day of departure, I was already exhausted and just wanted to go home. The hotel was quiet in the evenings, yet they kept pushing massages. The sauna was only open from 12 to 14, and other times massages were offered, making it feel like the sauna wasn’t really for guests. The hamam had no real heat or steam, and we found it quite uncomfortable.

The hotel sits right next to the beach, has beautiful gardens, and is in a nice town. It’s located beside Kemer’s “walking” street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the evenings had lively parties and programs. I stayed in a comfort room with a lovely sea view. The place is very popular with Russians, and the staff are ready for that. I need to eat gluten‑free, and although the allergens aren’t listed on the menu, they always helped me pick safe options. If you want a private balcony, you have to book a comfort room, not an economy one; economy rooms only have a balcony to the corridor.

Оценка: 7/10 Отель нормальный, но есть моменты, которые стоит знать заранее. Плюсы: В целом всё устроило. Mв не ждали лакшери, понимали , что 4 звезды — всё адекватно. Еда нормальная, гарниров маловато и меню однообразное, но мне больше и не надо. Персонал не напрягал, территория маленькая, но чистая. 1. Шумоизоляция — это беда. Слышно всё: и соседний отель с дискотекой до полуночи, и свою дискотеку на территории. Если хочешь спать в 11–12, не получится. 2. Лежаки на пляже — сотрудники не следят. Люди кидают полотенца с утра и уходят на весь день. Приходится вставать рано, чтобы занять место, иначе лежишь на камнях. Это самое раздражающее. 3. Прачечная — отдельный кошмар. Сдали вещи перед вылетом, ждали долго, вернули грязные, в пакете, всё провоняло. Летели домой в мятых вонючих вещах. Это было самое неприятное за всю поездку. 4. Весы платные — 1 евро с человека, даже если взвешиваешься вдвоём. Мелочь, но неприятно. 5. Бассейн — странный. Вроде под открытым небом, но вокруг стены, лежаков нет, позагорать нельзя. Смысла в нём почти нет. 6. Утюга не было
