The resort’s location and staff were good. The Wi‑Fi was often unreliable, and the shower water pressure was low. Parking was a bit chaotic. They asked for a deposit for the second key card—300 baht for a three‑week stay at 950 €, which felt excessive.

The spot is gorgeous and almost a 4‑minute walk to Kata Beach, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is perfect for families, I also liked the food area next to the hotel, and the staff were very helpful.
