“Um ambiente de amor, privacidade e conforto”
Excellent in comfort and support for everything, a very cozy and super comfortable place. The privacy was spectacular because we didn’t have to find anything or be out of the main street’s flow. (There are covers; bring your own towel for makeup). I didn’t request more, but I think it wouldn’t be a problem regarding floor cloths because of the bathtub issue; a lot of water fell, but it was our fault, and everything was clean and the bathroom was spectacular!

A acomodação atende bem, cama confortável hidromassagem top e café da manhã bem caprichado. Não se atentaram a questão do gás que esquentava água da suite e quando chegamos a água estava fria, entrei em contato com os responsáveis e solucionamos o problema, mais é interessante ter mais atenção nesses detalhes
The place is well situated near the main street, the host replies quickly, and the breakfast is quite pleasant.
The location is excellent, the breakfast is amazing, and the accommodation is comfortable.
“Se quiser passar raiva é o melhor lugar para ficar!”
Nothing was good. I went to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary at this place, and from the moment I arrived I started reporting problems: the hydro didn’t work when we turned it on, the blankets were moldy… there was no way to use them, never seen anything like that. She said she was cleaning the room before our arrival, yet the blankets were unusable. Maybe she left them from previous guests? After I complained she said she replaced the blankets and a technician came to fix it. We returned and slept. The next day breakfast arrived in the room: a bottle of coffee that looked like tea, unsweetened and unsweetened in the bag, two cold French breads, an egg, and a corn bread to eat plain, no butter because it didn’t come. After that we took a shower, and the water only heated on the first shower and not on the second… In a cold place it’s impossible to take a cold shower. After so many bad things, we decided to leave early and she simply wouldn’t refund a day’s rate that I didn’t stay, because of all the torment I endured in this place. I’ve been to Monte Verde more than 10 times, but this is definitely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. When we travel we want to rest, relax… not keep complaining about things that should be simple. So if you don’t want to get angry, don’t stay here. Get out. It’s a trap.
