I really liked the bar staff and the pool area, but the reception was a problem: the front desk was friendly at check‑in, yet during the stay the reception staff became very unfriendly; the room was cleaned but no towels were left, and I only noticed this when I was about to clean the children who had no towels.

The location is good, but the facilities are old and uncomfortable, the food feels like low‑quality Mercadona, the air conditioning and ventilation suffer from degenerative issues, the pool is packed with people and there’s no chance to grab a seat, and the single elevator is always occupied.
