Yenros Raja Ampat

We slept in an over‑water bungalow that was the only one on the property, so we had a private beach that was spotless and plastic‑free, which was a real delight. The bungalow itself was tidy, had a big fan and a good mosquito net, but the toilet and shower needed some upkeep; the toilet was basic, the shower had decent pressure, yet the area was dark and not as clean as we’d hoped. The host family was extremely friendly, and the meals they cooked were fantastic. Getting around the area was a bit tough, and the activity prices were on the higher side, but overall it was a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

“Feels like home amongst stunning natural beauty”

I stayed at several spots around Raja Ampat, and this one was the best. The bungalows were roomy and spotless, offering more privacy than other homestays, and the showers were fine. Melki was an amazing, responsive, and flexible host who served delicious and varied food, arranged nearby bird‑watching and village tours, and could quickly set up a boat to Kri, Wasai, or anywhere else. The location, reef, and surroundings of Yenros are breathtaking.
