Everything was great: the staff’s friendliness and willingness, the luxurious breakfast, the clean, new rooms that were very well remodelled. A perfect 10.

Everything was perfect—location, hotel, restaurant food, tranquility, pool, and cleanliness. We want to highlight the staff, who are unbeatable, kind, attentive, and polite; they clearly enjoy their work and always have a smile, which is appreciated. We have been very happy since the beginning of our stay. During check‑in, Roi made us feel at home; the chef Dipu’s food was excellent, and the service from Alejandro and Gabriel at dinner, breakfast, and lunch made us want to return. We give a 10 in everything. No complaints.
