Late breakfasts are great, though on vacation you can sleep in longer; the hotel grounds are huge, so you don’t feel crowded, but since yesterday morning nothing has changed regarding lounge chairs, the staff does nothing about it, and people occupy the chairs from 5 am, leaving them empty for half a day and preventing anyone from using them to go to the pool or beach.

The variety of food, access to attractions, and the staff’s respectful treatment of blind guests were excellent, but the hotel staff had poor English; despite my Polish background, most guests were greeted and forced to speak German, and a waitress at the restaurant couldn’t speak English, telling my daughter to leave the table during lunch and go outside because the tables were for dinner, which upset me; after a moment another waiter clarified that the tables were reserved for dinner and calmly offered my daughter a seat elsewhere, explaining that he spoke little English and apologized, which was a big plus.

“A beautiful hotel with a great location and facilities, but several service and maintenance issues affected our overall”

The grounds were beautiful, clean, and green, and the beach was kept tidy every day. Both adults and kids enjoyed the pools. Our room offered a lovely sea view, and the menu was reasonably varied, featuring Turkish dishes and seafood on some days, plus ice cream by the pool and beach. However, the room had a constant damp odor, and the bathroom looked old with stains and mold. Bar service was disappointing; staff often ignored guests or seemed unwelcoming. Smoking was allowed throughout the hotel, even near the children’s pool, and staff did nothing about it. With only one lift for many rooms, wait times were long. The Greek à la carte restaurant suffered from heat, wrong orders, and poor handling by staff. By late August, the hotel and beach were extremely crowded.

We stayed as a family and truly enjoyed our holiday; the hotel is ideal for families. The rooms were always clean, the food delicious, and there was a wide selection every day. All staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt comfortable from start to finish. A special thanks to Bingo, who was always cheerful, took great care of guests, never intrusive, and always made time for everyone. Kika also stood out with her friendly smile; she was upbeat every day, attended to all guests, and treated everyone—kids and adults—warmly. She clearly loves her job and strives to make everyone feel at home; such caring people are rare. We’ll definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
