“Its a SCAM, dont go there. Its NOT a boutique hotel”
I didn’t find any positives—nothing at all. It’s not a hotel; it’s a bad AIRBNB. There’s no staff, no breakfast, no hot water. They market themselves as a boutique hotel but they’re not even a hotel. It feels like they’re still using old reviews from before it became an AIRBNB, and it seems like they’re manipulating reviews (lots of 10s from Mexico). Don’t go. It’s a scam. They promised a refund but did nothing. No staff, no breakfast, no service, no hot water—nothing!

I really liked the look of the place and its spot right in the middle of Codensa. When problems popped up, they offered solutions, even if those solutions were sometimes inconvenient. The bed was very comfortable. The advertised amenities were misleading and could make life hard. The shower had terrible pressure, barely any water, which apparently is common in Mexico City. The AC stopped working a few times, and the biggest annoyance was that the place was advertised as a hotel but there was almost no staff on site when needed. The included breakfast wasn’t a full spread—just a few cereal items. It should be marketed as a self‑service Airbnb/hostel, not a hotel.
