“Un lodge exceptionnel”

We loved everything about this gorgeous lodge: the beauty of the place, the tent décor and common areas, the friendliness and high professionalism of the whole team, and our guide Bee. The photos match reality. However, no details were given about what was included. We were pleasantly surprised that everything was included (breakfast, lunch, dinner, a game drive, a Sunset cruise, and the Victoria Falls excursion on the Zimbabwe side). The only downside was having to leave.

“Séjour de rêve”

A dream stay, the most beautiful Lodge I've ever visited! Everything was flawless: the welcome, the staff and the management who truly care for guests, the refined dining, tea time overlooking the Zambezi, and the included activities whether safaris or cruises. And the accommodation—an opulent tent where you can watch elephants splash in the water. Truly exceptional moments. Just want to return!

Being able to pick dishes from a menu was great, and all three meals were delicious; they even baked a surprise cake for my child’s birthday, making the kids overjoyed. The room was very large and tidy, and everything felt customized for guests, with free early check‑in and late check‑out. Although the price reflected the inclusion of a game drive, Victoria Falls guide tour, and river cruise, the cost seemed reasonable given the activities. Arriving by boat added a fun twist. It would help to have photos on the menu, and the plunge pool in front of the room was cold, so we couldn’t use it. Because we only stayed one night and it rained, we missed the river cruise; more time would have let us enjoy the activities at leisure. Letting guests pick activity times via a pad would be clearer, and having written confirmations rather than only verbal notes would make remembering schedules easier.

“Fabuleux”

Everything: the idyllic setting inside the park, the extraordinary, attentive staff, and the amazing view of the Zambezi. We watched hippos from our room and even saw an elephant. The all‑inclusive package with cruises, safaris, and the Falls on demand with an experienced guide was great. No complaints.
