“Very Disappointing Experience – Better Hostels Available at the Same Budget”

We stayed as a group and, after reading Google reviews, thought this hostel would be a good pick, but it turned out to be extremely disappointing. A previous guest warned that the reviews might be manipulated to attract customers. I can’t confirm that myself, but our experience suggests you should research carefully before booking. There are 3–4 other hostels in the same budget that offer better facilities. Frazyone’s condition is very poor, the unpleasant smell makes it uncomfortable, and the quality of the products used feels cheap. I regret choosing Frazyone, and everyone in our group is disappointed. I recommend checking out Suitcase Stories instead; it offers better value for money, professional staff, and better décor at a lower price than Frazyone. Overall, our experience at Frazyone was very disappointing, so compare other hostels in the same budget before booking.

“Terriable stay😬”

The dorms were in bad condition, poorly maintained, and there was no staff to help; if you needed anything you had to climb stairs to the reception on the 4th floor because there was no elevator. Hidden fees like locker and door‑card charges piled up, and there was no common area for guests. Ventilation was poor, the washroom was tiny and in bad shape, and it smelled bad. The dorms were attached and very unhygienic.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful. Everything else was great, but the room had a slight bad smell, so I wish they’d use a better room freshener.

I arrived and they told me they had my reservation but no beds, so they sent me somewhere else.
