“Worst experience ever”

The water was cut, and to use the bathroom you had to contact the receptionist for 5 min of water; I didn’t stay even one night and they still charged me for all 6 days; the rooms were so dirty, the flops had yellow spots, the towels had black grease‑like spots and were in very bad condition; even the room itself was filthy, the mattress and the pillows were awful; the rating of 9.1 made me question the booking rating system!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. A true nightmare: filthy, bad smell, feeling unsafe, and major noise disturbances. Screams and conversations from the ground floor were clearly audible from the room. Fans were right next to the window, adding even more noise. The furnishings were very old and the overall condition of the room was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The staff were unfortunately not attentive and seemed not to care about our situation. When we asked for a solution or a room change, we were simply told, “We’re full, we can’t do anything for you.” An extremely disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money; its location is very good, close to Taksim and everything is reachable by bus or metro, and the staff are friendly. A bin should be in every room, and the toilet seat is a little narrow and the shower a bit cramped, but you can manage.

الفندق نضيف حجم االغرف لشخصين ممتازة هدوء مافي ازعاج موسيقى تبع تقسيم قريب للميدان دقايق مشي فقط الموضفين محترمين انصح فيه صراحه. لاشيء
