“很漂亮,服務人員態度也超級好”
The environment is nice, though it’s a little farther from the city center.

The building’s design is interesting, the room has a balcony and a smoking area, but the shower water is cold, the room feels very humid, and there’s little light.

We generally liked our stay, especially the spot and the room’s comfort, yet several things fell short of what a 4‑star hotel should deliver. On the plus side, the hotel sits about a 25‑minute walk from Naha port and the shopping street, a Lawson supermarket is roughly five minutes away on foot, the room was spacious with a pleasant port view, spotless, and equipped with a water‑and‑ice fountain, a microwave, an open bar until 20:30 and a lounge, plus a comfy bed—though the pillows were far too firm and gave us headaches—and a roomy, functional shower. On the downside, we were surprised to be charged around €100 in tourist tax for two people over six nights, a fee we’d never seen before; English communication was limited and staff disappeared after 21:00, which can be problematic, and the on‑site restaurant offered no dinner service or room service, making the tiny fridge a hassle. Housekeeping didn’t come daily, the dryer malfunctioned—after paying for two cycles our clothes were still damp the night before we left—and the refrigerator was too small to store a proper meal. There was also a lack of proper wardrobe space, the air‑conditioning was noisy at night, and the external corridor leading to rooms was inconvenient and uncomfortable in bad weather or a typhoon.

The spot was perfect for our plans, especially since we were heading out on a boat the next morning from the port right next door; it’s not great if you want to walk to restaurants or hit the beach. We were in Okinawa for scuba diving, so the location worked well. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and featured a lovely gallery. Breakfast was fantastic, full of fresh foods and juices, giving a calm start to the day. I needed a small desk or table to work in my room, but none was available. I wasn’t a fan of the check‑in kiosk; when I spoke to someone and told them who I was, I didn’t want to repeat that at a kiosk to pay.

The room was modern and the hotel’s setting felt like stepping into a museum at first glance. 😎
