The location and the room were great. There’s no covered parking and the stairs are uncomfortable.

The room was perfectly clean. The service was poor, the staff seemed lost, the internet didn’t work, nobody knew how to fix it, and it was all a lot of hassle.

Breakfast was excellent. The reception and kitchen staff were attentive and caring. The noise and lack of soundproofing were annoying.
