The host was friendly and helpful, the location is beautiful and close to main routes, the breakfast is excellent and generous, but WiFi was a bit weak in one room.

The breakfast was superb, Luke was very welcoming and helpful, and the cottage felt like a home away from home—warm in a cold winter with a lovely atmosphere. I loved the fireplace in the room and the roomy bathroom. The location is great, close to the main road and highway, and not far from amenities on Nottingham Road.

The place is super easy to get to from N3, right in a good spot. Breakfasts were great and the staff were friendly, especially the guest who stopped by from the neighborhood. They were really kind. The beds are fantastic and comfy, but the duvets are feathered, so if you’re allergic or asthmatic it might be a problem.
