Everything! High‑quality hotel. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast absolutely fantastic! We were not told in advance that half of the complex was closed, especially the wild wadi which is always a factor that makes us return to the Madinat Jumeirah complex. I don’t think it’s right for management to only inform us 24 h before check‑in (when it’s already too late to cancel or change the reservation) about this.

From arrival to departure the experience was exceptional; the hotel maintained a high standard of quality and attention to detail, and I’m grateful to the wonderful staff for their courteous hospitality, high professionalism, elegant handling and service that went beyond expectations—many thanks to management and all employees for making the stay unforgettable. No negatives at all.
