The hotel is modern and cleverly designed; the rooms and bathrooms are comfortably fitted. The constantly changing reception staff were incompetent and overwhelmed. Getting onto the parking lot required multiple requests, and the receptionist didn’t know how to open the gate.

ужасное расположение в спальном районе в многоэтажных домах. нет никакого указателя или вывески. персонал отправили только адрес и этаж. все. по приезду на место не смогла найти куда идти и где это вообще находится… телефон мой был разряжен, я написана персоналу что не могу найти их. и все телефон благополучно сел, я ночь в 23:00 на улице. и в итоге они еще списали с меня деньги за проживание, которого не было.
