The Standard Double Room sleeps three, includes a desk, wardrobe, socket by the bed, flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, and single‑room air‑conditioning; the entire unit is wheelchair accessible via elevator. The en‑suite bathroom features a toilet, free toiletries, hand sanitizer, towels, tile/marble flooring, and a view of the garden, pool, city and inner courtyard.

At check‑in, payment was demanded immediately, whereas usually it’s paid at check‑out. The shower was problematic because the hot water was scalding and the cold barely came on. At breakfast a supplement was requested because the booking was for one person. After showing the confirmation for two people, they said the charge was due to the assigned room, which is completely unreasonable, yet the charge was later refunded because it was a Booking reservation. Did they try this?

The hotel's location was a highlight, but unfortunately, the property fell short in terms of maintenance, making for a disappointing stay. The issues were widespread, with only the lobby being well-maintained. Guests are advised to reconsider booking this hotel due to its subpar condition.

Although the hotel's location was ideal, the guest encountered several issues, including a cold welcome from the staff, a non-functional and outdated phone in the room, and unpleasant odors due to humidity.

The lounge is spacious and the room is comfortable. A balcony lets you see a large canal where children normally swim, and the restaurant serves hearty meals.
The location is fine, but apart from the lobby every inch of the building shows a lack of maintenance. The list of problems will be longer than my grocery list. Please remove this hotel from your portal; it would really help many clients.
