The room was comfortable, the ambience pleasant, and the staff courteous.
The stay was excellent 👏👌, and there was nothing to complain about 😄.
“Stay was ok but unnecessarily charging the stuff kept inside the room.”
Breakfast was good, but we were charged for snacks, biscuits, and nuts that we kept in the room at checkout.
The Bed and room/wall shared room were awkward with a lot of noise, and when i raised a complaint with the front desk, they said that as all rooms are booked, we have to live with it for the rest of the day. That night we were not getting sleep as there was shouting from another room. Rest with food and locations are awesome. The facilities were great, the rooms comfortable and well sized, and the staff courteous and helpful. The food was good, but the variety and price weren’t great; if we hadn’t been so tired, we’d have preferred to eat out.
