The property is in a central spot just minutes from the main street yet in a quiet area away from traffic, brand‑new and fully renovated. The room was comfortable, the lighting system was excellent, spacious and equipped, even the bathroom had a balcony with a superb shower. We arrived in the afternoon exhausted from the Matera hike, and Adriana, the owner, was a wonderful, helpful person who gave us city tips, restaurant suggestions and transport advice, always ready to solve any need. The price was more than fair for the value and location. I highly recommend it and have already booked for next year!

The room was very clean and modern with automated check‑in. The owner was super helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. There was a coffee machine on the hallway and a fridge in the room. The location was great; we just had to find a parking spot, but the owner’s tips made it easy.

The communication, cleanliness, location, smart locks with a memorable code, the comfy bed, the coffee and chilled water offer, and especially the smile of Antonia who tried to give us as much info as possible about Matera so we could enjoy it comfortably. The downside was having to climb to the 2nd floor after a long walk.

The place is perfectly located, the rooms are large, clean, and well‑furnished, ideal for our group of five friends. Nearby parking was very convenient and inexpensive, and the spot was close to the historic district. Thanks for all the restaurant tips and other help; we absolutely loved our stay.

A charming accommodation of very high quality, decorated with great taste and care. The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the city and sea.
