I loved the whole experience. The view of the pyramids was incredible and the location was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. The staff were very kind and helpful, and everything was very well organized. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

The place was gorgeous, spotless and cozy, with a stunning view that really blew us away. Breakfast tasted great and the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay absolutely wonderful and our day fantastic. Nothing bothered us at all.

We were drawn by the pyramid view and rooftop, yet the “luxury” apartment for six promised a flat‑screen, kitchenette and internet, but after a long journey we opened the doors to two filthy bedrooms—hair on the beds, dirty toilets and odd stains—and only five beds, no kitchenette and no TV; the pictures were completely misleading, the building sits next to a dump, there’s no reception so we had to call for breakfast or information (hard when the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work), and we’ll be requesting a refund.

We got to the place late at night and were greeted with a warm welcome; the host was the best in the world, genuinely caring about guests, so a special thank you is in order. The rooms had very comfortable beds, were immaculate, and we could enjoy a generous breakfast spread on the terrace overlooking the pyramids. Highly recommend it!

This place is truly exceptional. I initially booked a single room, but they upgraded me to a spacious room with a stunning view of the Pyramids. The reception staff were all incredibly friendly and courteous, and they provided top-notch service. I didn't need to leave the hotel for anything, as they had everything I needed right there.
