The staff were very nice and helpful! The location was perfect, not far from the center. The food at the integrated restaurant “Plietsch” was delicious, and both the interior and exterior décor were very inviting for relaxing and lingering. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Nice hotel, somewhat remote. It was comfortable, and the beds fulfilled their purpose to my full satisfaction. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and very affordable. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, especially the kind lady in charge of breakfast. Thank you for that. The street on site is currently being renovated, but it’s not an obstruction. The entrance to the shower cubicle was a bit cramped. I also found the price‑performance ratio of the stay a little overpriced, especially since the location isn’t optimal.

The staff were very friendly. The room’s equipment/design was very appealing. The cleanliness of the rooms and the beds was lacking. There was a lot of dust in the rooms, the mattress was sagging and the bedding was uneven. The walls in the rooms and in the corridors/stairwell were very dirty and damaged; they need a fresh coat of paint.

The room was missing basic items – there was no bottle opener for a beer and no shoehorn.

The interior designer did a great job, and everything else was fine.
