The room was perfectly equipped and very comfortable, everything was very clean; the building’s lobby includes a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge where you can keep water to chill; Raffaele’s service was perfect, very close and gave us a lot of information about the room and some recommendations; the only downside was that the water pressure was not very high.

The place is spotless and Raffael is incredibly friendly; he was there the first day to welcome us, gave us all the tips and recommendations for Naples, and kept checking in to make sure our stay was as satisfying as possible. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect, and the owner’s attitude toward tourists was amazing. He greeted us with fresh cold water, told us about the attractions, asked how our day was going… I really appreciated his help and care for us.

The staff were super nice and let us leave our bags for a while on the day we left. We did have to wait a bit to get in, even though we arrived before check‑in closed.
