The hotel is very close to the beach (2–3 min walk) and popular spots are right nearby; shopping starts right outside the hotel door and the train station is a few minutes on foot, but Rue de Antibes is very noisy and the hotel sits right in the middle of the bustle.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and professional, but the room was very small, there was no kettle, the coffee machine didn’t work properly, the corridor floors creaked so much it sounded like someone was constantly entering our room, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so I wouldn’t choose it for a long stay again.

The spot was spot‑on and the price stayed affordable even in August, the peak month, and the staff were very helpful; the only drawback was the loud outside noise, especially on weekends, but otherwise everything was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice and well equipped rooms in an excellent location. Team members were always helpful. We were celebrating our 11th anniversary and had a lot of fun. We are definitely coming back. I wish the hotel would have had tables outside for breakfast. Everything else, was perfect for us
