“Hidden Gem in Heart of Egypt”
The hotel was brilliant, right in the heart of Tanta, with a perfect pool and excellent facilities; the staff were the highlight, especially Ahmed A, Amin M, and Dolta A at reception, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke perfect English, and the cleaning ladies kept the rooms immaculate; the kitchen staff served lovely freshly made omelettes with a smile and kind words, and the rest of the staff, including the doorman, were all great; I would definitely recommend this place for an amazing stay—having stayed in Ain Sukna, Ras El Bar, Cairo, and Alexandria, this was by far my favorite. I can’t think of anything to change about the hotel.
