The place is spot on and the staff are super friendly.

The location is good, the staff is responsive, and the bed is very comfortable. At night, there was quite a bit of street noise.

The breakfast was very good, but climbing the stairs to the third floor was a bit of a hassle; the staff kindly helped us with our luggage.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was hot and had no fan. The windows didn't insulate against heat or noise. There was nighttime noise and a lady in the room below was talking loudly on the phone with street people until almost 1 a.m. (we send greetings to her nephew Hugo from here). The bathroom was small and not clean (hair in the shower upon arrival). Shamefully, the two rolls of toilet paper were almost finished when we left. The real price for that room and those conditions would be a maximum of €45.
