The atmosphere and location are good. The reception staff handled the key deposit awkwardly.

The spot is great, close to markets, restaurants and malls, but you’ll need a car to reach them; walking isn’t convenient. The front desk lady had a stinky attitude, being rude, sarcastic and not very helpful, while the housekeepers were lovely. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the rooms lacked a kettle or other extras.

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the room was spacious and clean, which was a welcome relief. However, the lack of coffee in the room was a major oversight, especially considering the hotel's prices. It was a small but frustrating detail that detracted from my overall experience.
