The self‑contained apartment was functional, spacious, and had a pool and sport court right outside; the underground car parking had plenty of space, perfect for traveling families, and it was a short walk to playgrounds and the beach.

The apartment was very well located if you have a rental car, but if you walk a bit you’ll find the tram not too far, and there’s a beautiful sunrise view from the café in the morning; however, I didn’t appreciate the loud car noise on weekends and think the apartment was poorly sound‑proofed.
