“1st time and so happy”

Check‑in was very easy, and although cash was not accepted, credit cards worked fine. An ice machine was right outside, the bathroom was nice but dimly lit, and the AC was great. The elevators were easy to use and everything was behind a gate, which felt secure. The area was a bit shady but still felt safe, and Uber could get in easily. Overall I liked it and would stay again for the concert. Nothing else to add—everything was easy and comfortable, and I was very happy.

オンラインチェックイン・アウトは楽でよかった。スタッフもフレンドリーに対応してくれる。. スタンダードクイーンに今回も宿泊しました。昨年は高評価をつけさせていただきました。今回は・・昨年のまさに隣の部屋だったが、薄暗くてあまり綺麗な部屋ではなかった。特にタイルが全然違った。昨年は綺麗で地べたで歩けたが、今回はスリッパを使った。昨年はウォークインクローゼットもあったが、今回はそれもなく、代わりに剥き出しの洋服掛けが少しあったのみ。

“Beyond expectations”

The place was spotless and contemporary, and the staff were friendly. The downstairs bistro served amazing food. The elevator felt a little unreliable, but the building is old, so that’s understandable.

“Disappointing. Room was not worth the price”

The outside looked lovely and the pool area was nice; the front‑desk staff were pleasant and the parking was gated, giving a sense of security. We needed a fridge in our room, but the one there was broken and they said they couldn’t swap it with another until the next morning. We were checking out at 6:30 am, so that made it impossible to keep medicine cold. They offered a lobby fridge, but we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had paid for a working fridge in our room, so that was a disappointment. The ice maker on our floor was broken, the toilet‑paper holder was broken, the pillows and beds were very stiff, and there was a strange smell in the room—probably from the broken fridge. The parking rate was much higher than stated, the lighting in the room was poor, and the bathroom door and some walls were damaged.
