Key hand‑over and welcome were friendly. The apartment matched the description and was very tidy. Nothing else to note.

The neighborhood was a bit out of the way, and you could hear a faint rush of voices at night, but the windows were shut so it didn’t bother me. The flat was spacious, the furniture was basic, yet the kitchen was adequately equipped. The person who gave us the keys was very accommodating with our arrival time, and the value for money was almost unbeatable. The place would feel warmer with a fresh coat of paint, slightly updated furniture, and a touch more décor.

Parking was off‑street and the price was cheap in Annecy, with space for two people and all the basic amenities present. The heat was an issue—mosquitoes swarmed when windows were open, and when they were closed it got very hot; nights were barely tolerable with the fan on. It looked clean on the surface, but the fridge had no ice box, and there were few cooking utensils and pans. We left a day earlier than planned because of the heat.
