Kairos Resort & SPA

“Struttura accogliente, personale gentile”

The staff were extremely friendly, the building was well organized and the outdoor areas were tidy. The room was clean and welcoming. I had a booking mistake that was fixed right away. However, the outdoor pool could only be used on the night of the stay, from check‑in at 14.00 until 18.00, which is the closing time. It would have been nice to have access until check‑out without paying another half‑day entrance fee. The restaurant is good, though the prices are a bit high.

“Oltre le aspettative”

The pools were gorgeous. The only small issue that could be improved is the bathroom, which is rather small. The faucet showed some wear, and in the shower the flow‑control knob needed replacement. The main shower head also had a bit of limescale. These are maintenance details that, with a quick fix, would make the stay even more pleasant and polished.

“Nice but could be better”

The staff were superb, and the room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning stopped working at night because it was on a timer, and by the time someone could come, it was too late, making sleep uncomfortable. The restaurant was fine but only had one person working, and it was busy, so more staff are needed. The biggest let‑down was the pool – you can’t use it on check‑out day, and they told us we’d have to book another night to use it in the morning. Even though staff said it closes at 7 pm, it actually shut at 6:30 pm, so we only had half an hour to let the kids swim after a long drive.

My kids love the pool. The breakfast was the same everyday for 7 days and my kids were bord of it. The location was not easy access to buses
