The hotel is 100 metres from the bus stop and near the UNESCO Swiss Tectonic Arena Sardona, 20 minutes from Chur.

The breakfast was plentiful, the location spacious, quiet and clean. There was a garage available for motorcycles, a buffet dinner option, and a bus service to the town centre.

The room was tidy and the bathroom was clean and in good condition for its age, but the balcony was small. There were a few free parking spots in front of the hotel, and a paid parking hall was also available if those were full (though I never used it). The restaurant was fine; I didn’t try the buffet dinner but the breakfast was okay. A good Italian restaurant was down the street. The hotel is about 1 km from the ski lift, which takes you up to many peaks. The room’s view was limited to a small side of the hotel; better views would have been on the front or other side. There was no air‑conditioning, but the evening air was cool enough to chill the room. The TV didn’t work, or at least I couldn’t see anything on it.
