The room was an aparthotel that let you cook breakfast or dinner on your own, even though the hotel offers that service separately. The owners’ service was fantastic. Even though it’s a 3 *, it feels like a 4 *. Perfect for a getaway to Priorat. The pedestrian street was somewhat noisy on a Saturday night.

The Lotus Hotel sits in the gated city of Falcet at the start of the Priorat wine region. We rented a small one‑bedroom apartment. The finishes were beautiful and newly renovated. It had a full kitchen and a comfortable king‑size bed, plus a lovely terrace and an elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food and wine were delicious!
