The location is great and the staff are friendly.

The location is very central and the staff treat you excellently. The breakfast and snack bar had little variety and there were ants. Also, I had a reservation for two rooms but only one appeared when we arrived.

The location was good, the cleaning was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, but we couldn't use the pool because they were doing maintenance on it.

The breakfast was fine, but we stayed there only for a Friday afternoon to use the pool, and it wasn’t ready; the pool was still being prepared, so we were disappointed. Then they gave us a room with a carpeted floor that felt like dirt, whereas the photos showed ceramic tiles, so it felt deceptive to be shown one thing and given another.
