The room was in bad condition: walls were scratched, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the bedding didn’t look fresh, the entrance door frame was wrecked, and the security lock was missing, so I decided to change hotels.

The overnight desk staff was very helpful, but roaches were everywhere—on the bed, in the fridge, in the bathroom, literally everywhere. I switched rooms, and roaches were in that room too!
