The apartments were beautiful, clean and cozy, and the hosts were very chatty, always available and helpful with any questions. The only tiny drawback was that the apartments are on the mountain and you have to climb a lot of stairs 😅, but sport is still part of our life.

Before arrival the host wrote and offered a transfer from the station for 15 euros. That was a lifesaver because going up the mountain in the evening with luggage is impossible. The apartments were clean, and they also gave shampoo and shower gel. There was a kettle, tea, and some cupcakes for a snack. You have to remember that the apartments are on the mountain, so you need to climb a lot. Also the apartments are on the 4th floor of a building with a narrow staircase.

The accommodation was completely different from what was advertised: a dirty room, shared space, damaged furniture, and above all, bed bugs! Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. The owners were extremely dishonest and even denied that we had stayed there despite the evidence. We left after just one night. Do not book this place!

We loved the views from the property the most. It has the most stunning views of the sea and port, as well as a bit of the city as well. It was super spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a stay in Salerno! This didn’t bother us but it is worth noting – it is quite far up the old town hillside and to get there you need to climb quite a few stairs. The view is absolutely worth it though!
