The parking service by the staff was good. We didn’t have blankets and the one provided was small.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was farther from the airport than I expected; that’s on me.

The staff were helpful. The wheelchair room was large and great, the shower was very good. The elevator was a bit cramped for a wheelchair, but it worked.

It’s decent value, not a 4‑star by western standards but fair for what you pay. The location is kind of central but in a slightly sketchy part of Izmir, right next to one of the most sketchy areas, which isn’t very pleasant to look at; you can reach the city center easily, but it’s not the safest spot for a foreigner feeling “safe.” Staying closer to Alsancak would be better. The bathroom stank, the drains weren’t working, and the internet was terrible—no websites would load. Still, for a short stay at a cheaper price near the city, the hotel works; the staff are lovely and kind.
