“Excelente para pasar unos días en familia”
Everything was excellent. I liked everything.
“Muy buena experiencia en un resort familiar”
The food was fantastic, and the rooms were a good size. The buildings were being painted, and there wasn’t enough space for reservations at the à‑la‑carté restaurants.
“Familiar”
The pools and castle architecture are great, the spaces are well laid out, and the food is spectacular. The waitstaff at the main dining room were poorly attentive.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, the service is spectacular, and the kids’ activities are wonderful—highly recommended. The Italian restaurant was slow, and the food quality didn’t match the other services they offered.
Everything was fine except the bellhops and luggage handlers. The bellhops and luggage handlers were not good.
